Preamble

We, the members of the Global Institute for Cyber & Data Security (GICYDAS), establish this Constitution and Bylaws to promote excellence in cybersecurity, information security, data protection, and digital safety.

Name, Status and Objectives

Section 1 — Name

The Institute shall be known as the Global Institute for Cyber & Data Security (GICYDAS), MISSOURI, USA.

Section 2 — Legal Status

GICYDAS operates as a non-profit educational and professional development institute registered in the State of Missouri, USA. The Institute does not perform regulatory, enforcement, surveillance, intelligence, or law-enforcement functions.
