We, the members of the Global Institute for Cyber & Data Security (GICYDAS), establish this Constitution and Bylaws to promote excellence in cybersecurity, information security, data protection, and digital safety.
The Institute is committed to advancing education, professional development, ethical practice, research, and global collaboration to support secure and resilient digital ecosystems worldwide.
The Institute shall be known as the Global Institute for Cyber & Data Security (GICYDAS), MISSOURI, USA.
GICYDAS operates as a non-profit educational and professional development institute registered in the State of Missouri, USA. The Institute does not perform regulatory, enforcement, surveillance, intelligence, or law-enforcement functions.
Role: The highest policy-making body providing strategic leadership and ensuring institutional integrity.
Key Members: President, Vice President, Registrar-General, Directors of Academic, Research, and Ethics.
Members shall uphold Integrity, Accountability, Confidentiality, and Respect for privacy. Violations lead to disciplinary actions including termination of membership.
GICYDAS is committed to transparent governance and ethical stewardship. All resources are dedicated to advancing education, research, and professional development in cybersecurity.
Our structure includes a Governing Council, Advisory Board, and Executive Team ensuring total accountability.

Compliance with international standards: GDPR, POPIA, and NDPR. We implement robust security measures to safeguard personal data with appropriate consent.
We publish annual reports, financial statements, and program outcomes to maintain public trust.
